Downtown Houston during the fall is a beautiful place to shoot, so when Bola and Donna commissioned me to capture them for their engagement, I knew exactly where I would be able to create a full autumn/fall feel to their images. These two have a youthful and fresh energy about them, which you can see throughout the images.
Donna ,a Texarkana native, has a southern kindness about her and Bola a Houston native has a protective and gentle demeanor when it comes to his bride to be. The color scheme that they chose for their outfits meshed very well with the autumn foliage and made them simply pop. Both of them have million dollar smiles and through out the session were not shy about showing them off.
Bola knew the exact sweet nothings to whisper to Donna to cause her to smile. Most of their moments were captured along the Buffalo Bayou which is in the heart of Downtown Houston, Texas and the sunset there is one of a kind. Yes all Houstonians have to say Houston followed by Texas when referencing this city of ours. I'm excited for their wedding day and I know it will be a fun one.
